You must send in a separate essay/photo for each Optional that you enter. Essays should be a maximum of 100 words. Write just enough to convey your message! You can also send a picture with the essay. Please follow the directions for what is required for submission.

Please send 1 or 2 photos, preferably head/shoulder shots- No Glitz-type photos. You will loose points if it is enhanced!
Achievement Award:
Send a brief essay describing the contestant's achievements – talents and learning experiences. Tell us why you think this contestant deserves this award. Did this contestant start walking early? Talking early? -ect. What talents does this contestant have at this age and why are they special?
Patriotic Award:
Send us a picture of the contestant in her favorite patriotic wear! Also, send us an essay telling us why she loves her state and country!!! (Have fun with this optional) You will be judged on your creativity!!!
Baby Glamour Award:
Send us a picture of the contestant all glitzed up! This can either be a professional retouch or an online retouch... but it must be RETOUCHED!
Baby Personality Award:
Send us a picture of the contestant's best personality shot! Have fun with this one!
Mini, Little, Junior and Teen Miss Optionals:

Scholastic Award:
Send us an essay about your academic year. You may also tell us your cumulative GPA. You may also attach any other information that may help determine your scholastic achievements.
All American Beauty Award:
Please send 1 or 2 photos of any kind (i.e. snapshots, full length, head/shoulders ect.- No Glitz- type photos)- or submit an essay describing what you believe makes someone beautiful on the inside.
All American Talent Award:
Please send an essay describing your talent and how you achieved it. Include what awards if any you have received. You may also include a picture in talent attire.
Community Service Award:
Please send an essay describing what you do for your community. What projects are you involved in? How much time do you spend? Why do you feel community service is important?You may include a picture.
Glamorous Beauty Award:

With alot of moms and our Mrs. going back to school, we decided to offer this optional to them as well. Send us an essay about your academic year. Tell us why you choose to go back to school and what your major is.
