The International Pageant is open to all contestants with 75% strong international background other that United States~ meaning born in another country and living or working in the United States or Internationally, or having at least 75% Hispanic, Asian, European or African, ect.

The fee for the International Pageant is $100.
We will award 1 International Miss Heart of the World Queen and many World Princesses.
