Ethical Rules:
Our ethical rules are very simple. Be honest in your answers to the interview questions and wear your new title proudly!!
Entry Rules: City Pageant
All entry forms and fees must be in our office by the 1ST of each pageant month. All entries received after the 1ST will be entered in the following month’s pageant.
The contestant may enter for any city that she or her guardian lives, works, attends church or school in.
The contestant must enter the age group for her age at the time of the pageant. We will give a 60day grace period. (i.e. if the contestant is 2 and she will be 3 in 4 weeks, she can enter either the Tiny or Little Miss group.) If you are not sure which age group to enter, please e-mail me.
Judging Rules: City Pageant
There are titles awarded in each city/age group for:
City Queen and several optional Award titles.
The City Queen is awarded to the contestant in each city/age group
with the highest score AND combined with their highest score from the optional competition.
Once a Queen title is given, all contestants that enter in following months for that city/age group will be given the title of City Princess even if they enter the required optional. In this case, she will still be eligible to run for State Queen, but she will instead, hold a City Princess title.
Once the contestants entry form, entry fees and all optional materials have been received, the contestant will be notified by e-mail or postal mail that her entry is complete.
Winners will be announced by the 15th of each pageant month, and prizes will go out thereafter.
Judging Rules: State Pageant
Judging is basically the same for the state pageant. There will be one State Queen for each state/age group. Highest combined score(one optional plus interview, unless no optionals are entered, then it will be the highest interview score.) All other contestants will be State Princess's. There will also only be one Optional Award Category winner per state/age group.
Judging Rules: National Pageant
Judging for the National Pageant will consist of an interview question, the highest scoring Optional and a Pure Personality Photo. There will be 3 Grand National Queens, 3 National Mini Supreme 8 Divisional Queens and 8 Divisional Princesses.
So there you have all the rules! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
